THE PARK: This is a seniors park but you can be any age. It is the valleys only quality park; no "trailers", nothing mobile or ancient, every exterior immaculate as required, space rent double most guesses. 10 mph driving rule enforced 24/7. Indoor pool and hot tub just resurfaced but not guaranteed available as have been closed long term before. Perfect for exercise walking, 1/4 mile inside park.
THE HOME: 1999 Marlette, 1453sf, $23k upgrades including 4 year old dark brown vinyl laminate.flooring, 18 month porcelain ceramic tile, exterior $62 a gallon exterior paint, 1 year old stove (every appliance under 10 years). Interior is custom blended color the store calls Sandras pinky beige, but WAY nicer than it sounds and cellulars two shades darker. Sit outside under shade tree summers. Park in driveway by "your" sidewalk to front door beside bunkspace; digital lock.

THE CHOWS: Two gorgeous marbled cream male chows, 6 years, 2 years, 50-60 pounds. Flew to Denver and Indiana to acquire and don't breed or show. Not aggressive and sleep in my room with pet door but shedding is constant...you are welcome to augment my pick-up efforts. They have never been in roomer areas except to sneak a peak when showing. If not familiar with the breed, look it up. Every dime of roomer money, even when both areas occupied, goes to their medical and food.
BUNKSPACE: Too tiny to be called a small bedroom. No walking around space and "door" is a large arch with foam insert you pull in and out. Extra long twin mattress just fits between walls, or reg. Twin leaves 6" to hang coats or wall hang TV. Current 4 year old Sealy PP twin on raised frame for decent under bed storage; small bdr available now has brand new still- in -plastic Beautyrest 800, another possibility. New linens. Largest dual mini fridge on market, large blonde armoire matches natural maple hardwood floor and tiny desk you can move to carport if desired, it keeps left side of armoire from opening. 36" TV, large window, tri-spotlight overhead light fixture. Area cable wired.
YOU ALSO GET: small but elegant full bath across hall is yours alone if no other roomer, as now- I have my own. IT IS NOT MISSING A BATHTUB AND SHOWERHEAD IS NOT WATER SAVING, ENJOY! Kitchen and laundry privileges include all kitchen items. Space on carport for bicycle, pool and hot tub access if not closed, park road is a great walking area.
