The Park: Seniors park is definitely is not a "trailer" park; immaculate exteriors, quality community for quality persons. 10mph
rule enforced 7/24. Incredibly quiet community. You can be any age as long as a respectful neighbor.
The Home: 1453sf Marlette with $23K in upgrades...all flooring, appliances, light fixtures, interior and exterior paint ($64 a gallon
exterior paint just 2 years old). Dark brown vinyl laminate flooring in main areas and small bedroom 3-4 years old. Large
format porcelain ceramic kit-laun-ba tile 10 months old, stove 4 months old has air fryer. Toilets all raised, shower in
hall full bathroom does have a bathtub, OF COURSE! Park here in driveway as long as your vehicle leaks nothing, is running, is clean and presentable...otherwise long walk out to 6th Ave.
BUNKSPACE: AREA MUCH TOO SMALL TO BE CALLED A SMALL BEDROOM....NO WALK-AROUND SPACE...wall to wall just 4" wider than extra long twin bed, or 9" if regular twin, either will be on a high raised frame for decent under-bed storage; hang long dresses or coat on wall in that space. (?) Bed options: Twin Sealy PP only used 3 years total, brand new Beautyrest 800 twin still in plastic, or extra long IAmerica true innerspring Serta...if you are super tall its yours unless you want one of the others. Supplied: Brand new still in package 100% bamboo sheets, dark colors, possibly 2 sets. This area does not have a door, it has a giant arch with a foam insert you pull in and out for privacy....but if you know anyone that can build a proper frame-on-outside-of-glass french door......at a cheap price.... I'll do that, or you can hang whatever and skip the foam arch.
Actually this area is "bunkspace plus"- largest dual minifridge you can buy, white; large blonde clothing "armoire" matches elegant natural blonde maple hardwood floor and tiny blonde desk....desk blocks left side of armoire from opening since this is a BUNKSPACE, not a small bedroom.... you can move desk to carport if you desire. Organizer shelf thing included on top of minifridge, tri-spotlight light fixture, large window opens from bed, floor vent to customize temperature, blonde framed small wall art (can disappear).
Bathroom: tiny standard but elegant fully upgraded with new skylight way up there, raised toilet, newer faucett/light fixture, great
water pressure from showerhead. I do routine toilet cleaning bs. y'all weren't raised right...don't pumice stone toilet ring
occasionally and are afraid of a little toilet water! You keep tub, etc., white glove clean. New high end paint light neutral
color and expensive. It is yours alone if no other roomer...or share with one roomer; I have my own.
Included: full kitchen and laundry privileges; gorgeous cranberry LG front loading machines, no older appliances. You can
use all my kitchen gadgets, silverware, dishes other than display china.
You can reserve laundry time if you wish.
The community supposedly has a large indoor pool and hot tub but are not included in the deal bs. management
is not keeping them properly heated and maintained, are supposedly going to resurface...yah, right.
Flat interior road ideal for exercise walking/jogging...teeny tiny downhill grade one way, teeny tiny uphill
grade coming back. You can store bike on carport.
Main area TV is 55"; you can join me if you like my shows...I'm at it constantly but trained myself to use
super low volume in consideration of roomers decades ago. You can reserve kitchen and formal diningroom for a guest.
WHO LIVES HERE: ! There is a 67 year old female in the home 7 months now but she could disappear any minute.. only intended to stay 1-2 months. I am also a 60+ female. I was raised by parents who BOTH graduated college/master's in the late 1940's, 1954. I am Washington DC and San Diego culture, not small town northwest; not living here voluntarily....financially forced out of the San Diego I loved so dearly 18 years ago.
THE CHOWS: I was mom to 6 chow chows in SD. Can't afford two I have now; every roomer dollar goes into them...medical needs and decent food. Both are males, marble cream, age 5 and 2 years, 50-62 pounds. They are nonaggressive but are inside with me shedding horrendously...big chunks on dark brown floor...so roomer cannot have problem with dog hair on floor...no way to stay ahead of it although you are welcome to augment my efforts. They sleep in my room and have fenced in toilet area from pet door in my room. They have never been in roomer areas. Don't know the breed? Look it up. They are an elite breed, not "dogs".
TERMS: No lanldord-tenant relationship. Contract determines rights, duties, household domestic rules. $375 includes utilities and lawn mowing. No home Internet but room is wired for it if you want it. One person situation but you
can have a guest gratis one night a week; $20 for a second night.
$300 deposit reduced to $100 if you pay $1,175 in advance which covers any number of days up to 90 days. IT IS NOT A 90 DAY TERM. You do
contribute $4 a month on soft Charmin TP and whatever. 45 day termination notice required unless you contract in advance with a definite out-by date.
House rules are enforced...examples- no leaking vehicle, clean up behind yourself in kitchen, toilet lid down, nothing down any sink except water, no white noise or anyyhing else while you sleep, apprise me BEFORE bringing anyone into the home.
30 minutes a month of helping me with handyman stuff if you can, or cleaning or outdoor work...quick helps apply toward 30 minutes and never include dog waste pickup. I would not ask for this help but have low cardio strength and am very short, seriously need help, sorry.
I can be barely an aquaintance or your best friend, whatever you need. Call for appt. and bring 2 copies of driver's license and copy of this ad. If interested you will be given copy of contract/house rules to review for 24 hours...call me with yea or nay....if yea I run background check within 48 hours (library must be open). Must have clean criminal record, not be into drugs or excess alcohol. I don't care about your FICO score but you must be financially stable enough to pay occupancy fee whether employed or maybe suddenly not, and decent enough to obey domestic rules agreed to.
