$500/month covers everything - rent, utilities, wifi, the works
House rules (pretty basic stuff):
No smoking indoors - I'm one of those people who can smell it from three rooms away
Keep the drama to a minimum - we're all adults here
About me:
I'm a pretty laid-back person who likes having roommates around but also respects personal space. I won't bug you about every little thing, and I don't have weird rules like "no using the microwave after 9pm" or anything like that.
What I'm NOT looking for:
Someone who turns running out of milk into a full-blown crisis
People who think "what's mine is yours" only applies to my stuff
Bonus points if:
You have pets or love animals! Seriously, if you send me photos of yourself with cute animals, you'll probably hear back from me first.
