For your Craigslist consideration today here's a Heil PTO unit for $250 cash FOB Pomeroy WA.

• part number 253A527, or possibly 253AS27
• 6-bolt flange.
• 15/16" output shaft diameter.
• single direction (not reversible).

Gear teeth look good, minimal, even wear. Selector shaft moves the gear as designed, no issues.

Previously attached to a New Process NP540 transmission, which lived under a 1960 Dodge D500, in safety yellow, hinting at service as a public utilities truck with a hoist at some point in its career.

I took the PTO off while cleaning up the tranny, getting ready for a swap over to a different chassis, which has no PTO needs.

Time for me to let this PTO go on to a better home.
