Position Overview
Quality Supportive Services is seeking a qualified Administrator to lead a new DSHS DDA Supported Living (CCRSS) program. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, compliance oversight, staff supervision, and client service delivery in accordance with Washington State DSHS requirements.
This position is critical for state certification approval and requires experience in supported living, developmental disabilities services, or similar programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the supported living program
- Ensure compliance with DSHS / DDA CCRSS requirements and WAC regulations
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Maintain documentation, incident reporting, and quality assurance
- Coordinate with DSHS case managers and families
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure health, safety, and rights of clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Supported Living, Group Home, or DDA services (required)
- Knowledge of Washington State DSHS / DDA regulations
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Must complete DSHS Administrator Information Session Training
- Must be eligible to be listed on CCRSS application
- Must pass background check
