Overview
We are looking for a responsible team member to perform a variety of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for details, a loyalty to consistent results, be energized by problem solving and have experience in customer service. This employee should be organized, procedure oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be technically savvy. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant II should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office with a smile and positive attitude.
If you have 3-5 years of previous experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Construction experience, or Billing experience we’d like to meet you. Growth potential must be shown in the first 90 days. Pay DOE, $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
--Receptionist duties, such as answering and directing phone calls, effectively taking and routing messages, greeting walk-in customers, determining the best person to handle their needs, processing payments and providing receipts.
--Maintain multiple filing systems for the office
--Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers and business partners
--Follow established procedures to accomplish complicated administrative tasks
--Organize and schedule appointments
--Complete a portion of the billing and payroll processes
--Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
--Assist in daily office needs, such as cleaning, copies, monitoring supplies, filing
--Update and maintain office policies and procedures
--Handle requests and queries from senior managers
--Always represent yourself and the company professionally
Qualifications
--3-5 years of proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
--Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365/Excel/Word/Outlook, data entry, custom forms, online ordering systems
--Technically savvy with computer devices, printers, and multi-line phones
--Knowledge of relational database management systems
--Knowledge of or experience with financial software
--Procedure-oriented working style
--Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
--High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
--The ability to reproduce desired results with no errors
--A desire to learn, improve and contribute
