DUTIES
As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet customers with a smile, assist at pay stations, guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel, and help deliver an exceptional wash experience for every customer. You will also inform customers about our wash options, services, and unlimited wash memberships.
You’ll follow safety procedures, work with your team to keep the site clean and organized, and help create a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
SCHEDULE
Ritz Express is open Monday through Saturday. This position is available as full-time or part-time.
Full-time hours are typically 32–40 hours per week. Part-time hours are typically 20–30 hours per week. Rotating Saturday availability is required.
WHAT RITZ EXPRESS IS LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer service. The right candidate enjoys working with others, is open to learning, and thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
