The cattle are Black Angus and they are raised without artificial hormones and such. They have been on grass seasonally for their entire lives.
I’m located 45 minutes from Lewiston but I’m in Kendrick, Lewiston, and Orofino all the time.

I have friends that also have full cuts available, whole, half, or 1/4. It is $4.50 per pound hanging weight, cutting and wrapping is not included.
