I have one quarter of a grain fed angus steer for sale. We butchered on 8-9 and will be processing on 8-16. If you contact me before then you can customize your cuts. Otherwise it’ll be a standard cut and I’ll place it in the freezer. The price is $5 per pound hanging weight. The hanging weight was 692 lbs, so the total price would be $865. Cutting and wrapping is included in the price. Depending on where you are located, I can possibly deliver. I’m in Lewiston a few times a week, Kendrick and Orofino all the time.
