Raw Goat Milk - $9 (Kooskia)

We feed our goats no-spray hay and a non-gmo certified organic grain mix that we blend ourselves from barley, oats, and peas. We pay close attention to cleanliness during milking and milk is immediately strained and chilled to provide a sweet, creamy taste. Our goat milk is never goaty.
In addition to raw goat milk, we also have kefir and chevre (soft goat cheese). We may be able to offer hard cheeses in the future.
We are located just outside of Kooskia on Ridgewood drive.
