These are hampXyork crosses and will be meaty, not lardy. Hang weight expected around 200 pounds.

Price does not include cut and wrap, which will vary by butcher. We will use Meyers Meats in Kooskia or can deliver to your butcher of choice in the surrounding area from Grangeville - Moscow/Pullman for a delivery fee.
$200 deposit reserves a whole hog
