2005 Chevy Astro AWD Base Cargo
135" wheelbase, ~8ft cargo behind seats

Bought this at a government auction with plans to turn it into a mobile office, but decided to go a different direction. Selling at a loss after putting in some work. It was owned by the city of Newport, WA where it apparently didn't get much use. With only 50k miles in 20 years they'd added a battery cutoff relay, I assume because it would sit a while between drives.

New (<1000mi) Toyo all terrain tires from Perfection. New battery. Fresh tune up with iridium plugs and some new sensors has it running like new.

Good:
Exterior has only a few small dings that are barely noticeable. Interior cargo area is scratched up from normal use, but has no real damage.
Engine, trans, brakes, axles, electrical, etc all seem in perfect condition per low mileage.

Bad:
Windshield has large crack.
Switches for the strobe light and battery cutoff were a botch job (not me) and were just screwed into the dash plastic. The strobe works but will need a new switch.
Door seals aren't in great shape. The drivers door was sagging when I got it, and the seal had been torn up at the bottom. The rear doors have a small leak, just enough to let in a few drops in heavy rain.

Includes a steel divider cage (not pictured). Also includes an electric-lock conversion kit that i didn't get around to installing; a high quality kit from Jegs. I installed a swivel from Ironcloud Metalworks on the driver's seat so it could turn to face a desk or some such. It's more robust than the stock seat brackets, so not a safety issue even if you choose to ignore it.

I'll take offers but I'm not in a rush to sell. At 12k I'm a little over kbb, but on par with what I see for recent sales and market prices.
