Here's a Clauss Cutlery bread knife for you, $12 cash FOB Pomeroy WA.

Now a century has gone by since this Clauss Cutlery of Fremont, Ohio knife left the factory, yet it's simple functionality remains clearly present.
Rounded, wavy teeth slice with fewer crumbs, fewer tears. Handled at the rear, the point can also work to the center of of delights such as angel food cake, and other soft creations.

Steel blade, cast steel loop handle, very simple in assembly and design.

Might be a good candidate for your vintage kitchen tools display, or clean it up and put it back to work as intended, cutting the breads and desserts.

I do wander over to the L/C area from time to time and could bring it along if that helps.
