Now accepting monthly rentals for Single NQ motel rooms. Full rent must be paid upfront. Pets upon approval with an extra $150 non-refundable pet deposit, and a $100 refundable room deposit (one time) addition to the rent.
No drugs and no excessive guests. No working on vehicles allowed on site, and only one vehicle per room.
Rent includes Direct t.v, wifi, electricity and pool. You must supply your own linens and paper products. No service will be included in your rent.
